George Hargreaves Hearing

Five years ago, on 20 February 2020, Mr Hargreaves entered the London Central Employment Tribunal as a litigant in person having suffered religious and racial discrimination and harassment from his employers Evolve Housing + Support. Although he was awarded £5000 by his employer, they suspended and dismissed him in 2021 for an allegation of gross misconduct. He has been bringing a subsequent legal challenge against this and has endured yet another process at the Central London Employment Tribunal in January 2025
