Livia Tosici Bolt Hearing

Livia Tossici-Bolt is a pro-life activist who was convicted in April 2025 for breaching a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in a “buffer zone” outside a Bournemouth abortion centre, by holding a sign offering “consensual conversation”. The 64-year-old was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20,000 in prosecution costs. Her case garnered attention from the US State Department, which expressed concern for freedom of expression in the UK, and she has vowed to continue her “fight for free speech”
