Rev Patrick Pullicino served as an RC chaplain to mental health unit in a London NHS Trust and was fired for expressing the Church’s teaching on homosexuality to a patient who requested his spiritual advice and pastoral care. Father Patrick Pullicino, who is also a medical doctor, sued the London NHS Trust for harassment, religious discrimination, and victimization which resulted in a settlement of £10,000
